Cycle Zydeco

Since 2002 Cycle Zydeco is best food, music and dance party you can enjoy from a bike. The five-day festival celebrates the Cajun & Créole culture of South Louisiana. The ride takes place every year during the week after Easter. The festivities include great food, live music, and the finest flat roads Louisiana has to offer. The ride has several attractions including swamp tours, brewery tours and plenty of dance venues. Lodging options include hotels, camping, RVs and BnBs. Immerse yourself in Acadiana: the birthplace of Zydeco, home to both Cajuns and Créoles alike, and one of the most unique cultures in the United States.

THE PRIORITIES OF CYCLE ZYDECO:

  1. EAT

  2. DANCE

  3. DRINK

  4. RIDE A BICYCLE TO THE NEXT FESTIVE LOCATION

Each day we offer at least two route options. The main route we try to keep around 38 miles (61km) and the long route will be 62.14 miles (100km) or more.
